Booking Information

When booking, a non-refundable payment of £50 is required. Enquiries are made on a daily basis and unfortunately, we cannot hold times/dates. Only by taking an initial payment can we truly separate enquiries from a serious booking. Our preferred method is bank transfer but we can also take payments by PayPal or by cash in person if local. Once the initial payment is received, your booking is secure. The final balance will be due on the day but we don’t mind if you choose to pay earlier. If you plan on paying by cheque you must make us aware of this in advance and pay within 5 days of the party date allowing the cheque to clear fully. We guarantee to treat your booking with the importance it deserves and are committed to making your party the best one ever.
